Drive insurance technology delivery for Manulife’s Recent Business and Underwriting initiatives in Toronto, managing releases, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.

As Technical Program Manager, you will oversee complex IT delivery across insurance application journeys. Your work spans evidence collection, risk assessment, case management, decisioning, and policy issuance. Apply program management experience alongside test governance, regulatory readiness, modernization, integrations, APIs, and data pipelines in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and communications
- Oversee testing, release readiness, stabilization, and evaluation
- Coordinate evidence collection and risk assessment technology delivery
- Support decisioning, policy issuance,



and case management journeys
- Mitigate technical risks and ensure operational readiness

Requirements:

- Three to five years of technical program management experience
- Three or more years delivering life insurance technology solutions
- Familiarity with life insurance operations and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of test-driven development, parallel testing, defect triage, and sign-off
- Experience delivering complex IT modernization in regulated environments
