Support Brandt customers in Ottawa with heavy equipment parts, service sales, and responsive after sales support across assigned territories.

This outside sales position serves new and existing customers from Brandt's Ottawa Construction and Forestry location. The representative follows up on machine performance, customer concerns, products, and services. The work combines relationship development, customer visits, database documentation, and communication with management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide after sales support to current and existing customers
- Follow up on unit and machine performance
- Communicate customer concerns to the Management Team
- Maintain customer meetings, opportunities, quotes, and notes
- Keep customers current on products and services

Requirements:

- Two to three years' sales or Parts experience
- Two to three years' Service Department experience considered
- Exemplary customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to travel assigned territories, returning home most nights
