This senior case management role focuses on provincial Workers’ Compensation Board practices and complex, long-duration claims. You will analyze legislation, policies, and procedures while coordinating return-to-work and rehabilitation strategies. Success depends on clear communication with clients, injured workers, WCB representatives, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Critically review WCB decisions against applicable requirements
- Identify appeal, objection, and cost-relief opportunities
- Draft letters of objection and support appeal strategies




- Liaise with provincial WCBs on claim resolution
- Pursue claim progression, resolution, and appropriate closure

Requirements:

- Ontario Paralegal or Lawyer license
- At least five years managing workers’ compensation claims
- Subject matter expertise across provincial Workers’ Compensation Boards
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
