This HR Business Partner provides coaching, resolves workplace issues, and conducts thorough investigations across corporate and plant settings. The position supports performance reviews, smart goal setting, onboarding, exit interviews, and legal compliance. It also develops communications and supports diversity outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and resolve employee relations issues across corporate and plant locations
- Gather investigation facts and recommend actions to HR Managers
- Guide management and employees through performance review processes
- Develop communications for corporate and plant audiences




- Support diversity outreach in the business and community

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related discipline
- Three-plus years of successful Human Resources experience
- Manufacturing Human Resources experience preferred
- Solid interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Current knowledge of applicable federal, state, and city laws
