As Controller and Business Analyst, you will manage daily financial operations while examining sales, customer, operational, and financial data. The full-time, permanent role combines accounting oversight, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, reporting, and process improvement. Your analysis will help identify trends, opportunities, and profitability insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze profitability by customer, business line, and region
- Investigate financial variances, trends, and unusual transactions
- Develop budgets and monitor performance against targets
- Create reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators




- Support CRM, ATS, and business system enhancements

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Three or more years of accounting or financial management experience
- Knowledge of accounting software, Excel, and financial reporting
- Experience in small business or entrepreneurial environments is an asset
- Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities
