As Team Manager, you will lead the Fostering, Adoption and Adult Placement team and directly manage the Kinship Advanced Practitioner Social Worker. You will help maintain strengths identified by the Care Inspectorate following successful inspection across three registered services. The post includes resource administration, performance management, and service development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the team to deliver Children’s Services’ vision
- Maintain service strengths identified by the Care Inspectorate
- Provide direct line management for the Kinship practitioner




- Oversee performance management and resource administration
- Promote targeted interventions across four services

Requirements:

- Professional qualification in social work
- Considerable experience in social work
- Supervisory experience is advantageous
- Solid organisational and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills and SSSC registration eligibility
