Support an automotive distributor as a GTA hybrid Senior Legal Counsel with commercial leasing experience and exposure to M&A; matters.

Our client is adding a Senior Legal Counsel to its in-house legal team. The successful candidate will bring at least four years of experience handling commercial leasing matters, with ideal exposure to drafting commercial agreements and mergers and acquisitions. The role reports to the company’s Director, Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage commercial leasing matters for the organization
- Draft commercial agreements as part of legal work
- Contribute to mergers and acquisitions matters
- Report directly to the Director, Legal

Requirements:

- At least four years of legal experience
- Commercial leasing matter experience
- Exposure to commercial agreement drafting preferred
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions preferred
- Ability to work in the GTA hybrid mode

Use commercial leasing, agreement drafting, and M&A; exposure to contribute as Senior Legal Counsel in-house.
