This Lead Systems Engineer role serves as a senior technical subject matter expert across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. You will establish architecture standards, document operational runbooks, evaluate technologies, and lead projects from design through operational handoff. Core technologies include Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and Windows Server.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate business requirements into cost-effective technology solutions
- Establish technical standards, architecture documentation, and runbooks
- Lead infrastructure projects through implementation and handoff




- Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct proof-of-concept testing
- Guide engineers and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors

Requirements:

- Five to seven plus years of progressive infrastructure experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 enterprise technology experience
- Experience with identity, endpoint management, and Windows Server
- Ability to design and troubleshoot complex infrastructure solutions
- Robust communication, analytical, and documentation skills
