This HR Manager role combines operational HR leadership with a strategic business partner approach across multiple business units. You will guide recruitment, selection, onboarding, workforce planning, performance and talent management, and employee development. You will also support Temporary Foreign Worker recruitment and immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Promote a positive experience for candidates and employees
- Manage Temporary Foreign Worker immigration hiring processes
- Identify workforce, capability, succession,



and organizational needs
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in human resources
- Five or more years of progressive HR experience
- Experience with LMIA and work permit applications
- Experience partnering with managers and leaders
- Ability to travel quarterly outside Ontario with valid passport
