This hands-on Quality Assurance Lead establishes the standards and process supporting reliable software releases. You will review Jira changes, connect requirements with tests and defects, prioritize coverage by user impact and risk, and independently assess readiness. Success requires disciplined documentation, practical manual testing, and confidence challenging assumptions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review Jira epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and release updates
- Link requirements to test cases, results, defects, and outcomes
- Analyze release impacts, dependencies, fixes, risks, and regressions
- Document reproducible findings, evidence, severity, workplace,



and user impact
- Investigate production issues and add tests preventing recurrence

Requirements:

- Experience establishing QA processes that improve release reliability
- Practical knowledge of test planning and change-impact analysis
- Ability to assess release readiness and explain supporting evidence
- Confidence communicating constructively with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently within a remote team
