Direct campaigns and donor development at BGCO, using fundraising strategy and stakeholder engagement within a flexible, supportive hybrid environment. Support community programs.

This senior fundraising position reports to the Chief Advancement Officer and works across the Advancement Team. You will enhance existing campaigns, create new initiatives, and build relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations, senior volunteers, and internal stakeholders. The position supports sustainable funding for BGCO’s work with more than 5,000 kids.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute comprehensive major gifts fundraising plans
- Enhance current and develop current campaign initiatives
- Engage senior leaders, volunteers, and organizational stakeholders




- Oversee donor recognition and stewardship activities
- Ensure donor information follows privacy and CRA requirements

Requirements:

- Experience developing creative fundraising and stewardship strategies
- Experience recruiting and supporting senior fundraising volunteers
- Superior interpersonal skills across diverse relationships
- Strong English written, verbal, presentation, and meeting skills
- High integrity and adherence to ethical fundraising principles
