Within the Crop Inputs Division, this full-time permanent position serves producers through practical recommendations and strong customer service. You will identify business opportunities, communicate product value, and collaborate on solutions tailored to producer needs. The role combines field scouting, soil testing, relationship development, and strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strengthen existing customer relationships through excellent service
- Assess agronomic needs through field scouting and soil testing

- Execute agreements for profitable location business

Requirements:

- Current Professional Agrologist or Certified Crop Adviser certification
- Three or more years serving agricultural producers
- Demonstrated progression in responsibility
- Strategic sales planning and revenue development ability
- Contemporary crop protection experience and valid driver’s license
