Contract lifecycle management is central to this senior analyst position supporting CBC/Radio-Canada’s Technology & Infrastructure team through hybrid work.

As Senior Analyst, Software Compliance and Contract Management, you will gather business needs and connect contracts with Technology Roadmaps and Capital Planning. You will improve renewal processes, support vendor management, participate in negotiations, and translate strategic initiatives into tactical execution. Locations include downtown Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather contract requirements from Technology & Infrastructure stakeholders
- Align business needs with roadmaps and Capital Planning
- Support contract negotiations and vendor management activities




- Transition executed contracts into operational processes
- Manage timely, budget-conscious renewals with business partners

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Three or more years in a business analyst role
- Robust written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated financial experience
- Creativity, innovation, and intellectual curiosity
