Shape Celltrion Connect nursing operations across Western Canada through team leadership, program management, and stakeholder coordination. This Vancouver position may require travel up to 40%.

Celltrion is seeking a Nursing Leader for its Patient Support Program. You will oversee internal and external nurses, support performance development, and help maintain effective patient and prescriber engagement. The work combines field coverage, program updates, commercial collaboration, compliance, training, and communication with Celltrion management and PSP providers.

Responsabilités principales:

- Support external nurses working within the Celltrion Connect program
- Conduct evaluations and provide feedback improving team effectiveness
- Facilitate training and development for nursing team members
- Participate in weekly,



monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Serve as liaison among nurses, commercial teams, and stakeholders

Exigences:

- Proven leadership in nursing or field-based patient programs
- Experience executing PSP updates, changes, and current services
- Strong project management across multiple priorities and timelines
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- English and French bilingualism considered an asset
