This Senior Director role supports Corporate Client Group objectives through structuring, delivery, and management of leveraged lending. You will oversee a national team serving PE owned or backed companies. Your work includes advice on capital structures, risk and return, and broader RBC relationship goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze capital structures for client strategic objectives
- Balance transaction risk and return for client strategies
- Prepare and present client marketing pitches
- Coordinate partnership opportunities across RBC specialized teams




- Support initiatives and projects through flexible leadership

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of related corporate lending experience
- Background in finance, risk management, or leveraged lending
- Professional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and time-sensitive deadlines
- Previous leadership experience or relevant skilled designation preferred
