This Specialist Risk and Change Management role supports governance frameworks, assurance activities, and continuous improvement across Potash operations. You will help promote compliance with internal standards, maintain effective controls, and improve HSS systems and processes. Collaboration spans health, hygiene, setting, security, safety, emergency response, and assurance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
