This Process Engineer owns loss intelligence and loss elimination across manufacturing performance dimensions. You will partner with manufacturing and functional colleagues to identify opportunities and implement solutions. The work includes maintaining operating efficiency, meeting production targets, and supporting IL6S activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with colleagues to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement solutions supporting equipment reliability and waste reduction
- Prepare solutions and premixes for manufacturing processes




- Verify products follow formula instructions
- Operate equipment according to SOPs and GMP

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Applied Science or Engineering degree
- Robust facilitation and communication skills

- Experience in factory or operations environments
