As an Implementations Configuration Specialist, you will serve as a technical point of contact throughout assigned launches. You will gather requirements, explain technical concepts, troubleshoot blockers, and maintain stakeholder communication. Your work supports both net-recent Dealer Partners and product expansions for existing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather Dealer Partner requirements and provide configuration guidance
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, risks, and implementation deliverables
- Resolve technical needs through documented follow-up
- Partner with QA resources to address identified defects
- Communicate progress, delays, and capacity constraints proactively
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in client-facing implementations or technical onboarding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Third-party integration or vendor experience preferred
- Ability to explain technical concepts to varied stakeholders
- Organizational skills managing competing deadlines
