Use your registered practical nursing experience to deliver infusion and injection care for Innomar Strategies patients in Abbotsford and Langley.

As a Field and Infusion Nurse with Cencora, you will support pharmaceutical patient services in Canada. The work includes specialty clinic medication administration, treatment monitoring, documentation, adverse-event reporting, and collaboration with physicians, pharmacists, case managers, and scheduling teams. You will follow Health Canada standards, product monographs, clinic procedures, and professional nursing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn pharmaceutical medications and applicable Health Canada standards
- Administer specialty medications through IV, SC, and IM routes
- Monitor patients during infusion and injection treatments
- Maintain records under policies,



procedures, and nursing directions
- Participate in required pharmaceutical training and education

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ Registered Practical or Licensed Practical Nurse experience
- Nursing degree, diploma, or related equivalent experience
- Current professional nursing license or registration required
- Robust written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
