This Senior Client Engagement Associate role sits within CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team. You will help clients manage accounts, understand relevant banking products, and pursue financial goals through meaningful conversations. You will also support Client Engagement Associates, provide guidance on complex concerns, and collaborate with banking centre leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help clients manage accounts and banking products

- Introduce mobile banking applications and technology
- Provide visible support during peak periods
- Guide associates through complex client issues
