The ServiceNow CSM and OMT Architect leads architecture across Customer Service Management and Telecommunications Order Management. You will deliver complex order management projects, connect enterprise systems, and turn stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions. Technical leadership continues through implementation, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end order management and fulfilment workflows
