As Data & Analytics Manager, you will guide data product development, reporting, performance measurement, and analytics enablement within an assigned portfolio. You will partner with Strategic Analytics, Data Governance, Data Platforms, and AI teams. Your work supports adoption, operationalization, analytics maturity, and long-term business self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify recurring demand for reusable data products and analytical solutions
- Support adoption of trusted datasets, reporting assets, and AI capabilities
- Guide analysts in standardization, automation, and self-service development




- Embed enterprise capabilities into processes and decision-making practices
- Promote reliable, actionable outputs aligned with enterprise standards

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in analytics, computer science, business, or related discipline
- Five or more years in analytics, BI, reporting, or data products
- Experience promoting reusable assets and self-service solutions
- Experience managing demand, priorities, commitments, and stakeholder expectations
- Experience driving adoption, readiness, literacy, or capability transfer
