The Manager, Analytics & Reporting creates scalable solutions spanning specialty channels, inventory, product movement, orders, shipments, and returns. This role uses Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL to convert intricate data into dashboards and scorecards. You will establish meaningful measures, enable self-service analytics, and support informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead specialty pharmacy and trade analytics reporting solutions
- Develop semantic models, executive insights, and operational reports
- Partner with leaders to define measures and priorities
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate root-cause resolution




- Train users on dashboards, definitions, and analytical capabilities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and five-plus years’ experience
- Strong Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, data modeling, and DAX experience
- Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion provider data
- Understanding of validation, reconciliation, privacy, security, and lineage
- Ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
