This Infrastructure Analyst, Storage & Compute Services position focuses on hands-on administration and support for enterprise storage and compute platforms. You will work across production, pre-production, and disaster recovery environments while partnering with the Team Lead, peers, vendors, and project teams. Your responsibilities span operations, incident resolution, technical implementation, documentation, and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support Pure Storage enterprise platforms
- Analyze snapshots, replication, capacity, and performance
- Monitor platform health across infrastructure environments




- Investigate complex storage and compute incidents
- Provide practical guidance to less experienced team members

Requirements:

- Five or more years of related infrastructure experience
- Solid practical and theoretical enterprise infrastructure knowledge
- Demonstrated Pure Storage FlashArray, Purity, and Pure1 experience
- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery concepts
- Relevant college diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience
