As an experienced underwriter, you will help shape a profitable commercial portfolio while developing broker partnerships. The position calls for four or more years underwriting property and casualty risks, with confidence structuring policies and collaborating across actuarial services, claims, and accounting. Greater Toronto Area candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

- Structure primary and excess commercial insurance layers
- Evaluate property and casualty risk exposures
- Develop broker opportunities across business lines




- Inform pricing and portfolio performance decisions
- Mentor less experienced underwriting staff

Requirements:

- Four or more years of commercial property experience
- Experience underwriting casualty risks across diverse accounts
- Confidence with complex policy structures and pricing
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Level 1 or 2 license, or willingness to obtain
