Adastra seeks an analyst who connects stakeholders with data science, engineering, architecture, and MLOps teams. You will elicit requirements, map processes, define specifications, and create user stories. Your documentation will support prioritization, traceability, testing, validation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis
- Document functional and non-functional requirements and user stories
- Assess business value, impacts, complexity, and risk
- Define acceptance criteria and support user validation




- Facilitate alignment across technical and business teams

Requirements:

- Two to five years in business, product, or data analysis
- Skilled in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and technical specifications
- Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Team-oriented ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity
- Proven experience supporting cross-functional data product delivery
