This Manager, Prior Authorization and Drug Plan Management, leads Clinical Services work under the Director, Clinical Services. The role provides strategic direction for Prior Authorization, advises on clinical initiatives, and maintains accountability for service delivery. It also supports operational modernization through performance measures, process improvements, and sustainable client-facing services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Director to establish team vision and strategy
- Develop operational metrics for workload, productivity, quality, and trends
- Identify improvements reducing manual work and increasing team capacity




- Review clinical and plan information for coverage recommendations
- Document and communicate decisions to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

- Licensed Canadian pharmacist with pharmacy degree credentials
- Five years in pharmacy advantages, insurance, or drug management preferred
- Three years managing teams, performance, coaching, and operations
- Ability to analyze clinical, operational, and research data
- French and English fluency is an asset
