Our client, a leading producer and distributor of rapid-moving consumer goods (FMCG), is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee their operations in Kimberley, Northern Cape . This critical role involves managing the end-to-end operational processes, including production, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of FMCG operations, supply chain management, and possess strong leadership capabilities to manage and motivate large teams.

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with a significant focus on the FMCG sector.

Proven experience in managing complex supply chains and distribution networks.

Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory control, and warehousing best practices.

Experience with ERP systems and operational management software.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid role, balancing strategic planning with operational oversight.
