Drive operations performance at Metrolinx through strategic analysis and executive advisory support, working in office five days weekly at the organization’s office.As Senior Advisor, Operations Performance, you will support the Vice President with business planning, governance, stakeholder management and enterprise strategy alignment. The position requires research, project management, change management and strong written communication. You will coordinate executive reporting and initiatives across Metrolinx.Key Responsibilities:

Align divisional plans with Metrolinx strategic and business plansCoordinate CEO, Senior Management Team and Board reportingLead multidisciplinary projects and facilitate working groupsPrepare briefings,



presentations and communication materialsManage stakeholder relationships and resolve complex issuesRequirements:

Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related disciplineExperience advising executives, leading teams and managing projectsKnowledge of operations management and business planningExperience with structured project and change management methodologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareApply strategic research, executive advising and project leadership to advance Operations Performance initiatives at Metrolinx.
