Mosaic seeks an Industrial Maintenance Superintendent to lead mechanical and electrical assets, contractors, and reliability programs in Colonsay.

Reporting to the Senior Mill Manager, this superintendent leads surface maintenance activities and a multidisciplinary workforce. You will shape maintenance programs, coordinate daily through annual planning, and support secure, reliable, efficient site operations. The work includes cost management, quality, environmental stewardship, regulatory compliance, and data-driven process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead supervisors, tradespeople, contractors, and Surface Maintenance activities
- Develop preventive, predictive, inspection, and lubrication maintenance programs
- Coordinate planning, scheduling, workflow optimization, and equipment reliability




- Define capital work and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide coaching, feedback, mentorship, and performance support

Requirements:

- Engineering degree, technical diploma, journeyperson certification, or related experience
- Minimum seven to ten-plus years of industrial experience
- Five to seven-plus years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team development skills
- Advanced English and authorization to work in Canada
