Support front office technology delivery at AIMCo through business analysis, investment lifecycle knowledge, and collaboration with portfolio teams.

This developing Business Analyst works directly with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Analysts, Risk Managers, and technology stakeholders. You will clarify business needs, document functional specifications, and help align teams throughout delivery. The work includes investment workflows, product mechanics, data requirements, interfaces, reconciliations, and testing. It suits someone building deeper knowledge at the intersection of investments, business processes, data, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand stakeholder needs and change objectives
- Analyze capital markets workflows and use cases
- Document business rules, data requirements, interfaces,



and reconciliations
- Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Support User Acceptance Testing and validate results

Requirements:

- Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related education
- Two to three or more years of relevant analysis experience
- Understanding of investment lifecycle and capital markets products
- Knowledge of IBOR, ABOR, or PBOR concepts
- Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
