As Data & Analytics Manager, you will partner with stakeholders to address operational and strategic decision-making needs. You will manage analytics demand, competing priorities, delivery commitments, and stakeholder expectations within an assigned portfolio. Your work will advance analytics literacy, business self-sufficiency, and adoption of reusable analytical assets, data products, and self-service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage analytics initiatives through delivery, adoption, and value realization
- Translate business challenges into measurement frameworks and recommendations
- Maintain trusted reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks




- Identify automation and standardization opportunities for recurring analytical work
- Guide analysts and allocate work against team objectives and capabilities

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in analytics, reporting, or performance measurement roles
- Experience managing demand, priorities, commitments, and stakeholder expectations
- Experience promoting self-service solutions or enterprise data products
- Experience driving analytics literacy and capability-transfer initiatives
- Degree or diploma in analytics, business, statistics, or related discipline
