Lead safe, person-centred nursing care on Phyllis Tuckwell’s In-Patient Unit in Farnham or Guildford. This role offers 37.5 hours weekly.

As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will support patients, families, and carers receiving palliative and end-of-life care. You will work collaboratively with Phyllis Tuckwell colleagues, community services, and primary care. The role calls for inpatient and palliative care experience, resilience, and robust decision-making. Leadership experience and an ongoing commitment to learning and development are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead nursing care delivery within the In-Patient Unit
- Work in partnership with patients, families, and carers
- Collaborate flexibly with one team around patient needs
- Maintain patient safety and support clinical learning
- Coordinate care across services and professional colleagues

Requirements:

- RGN degree-level qualification
- Inpatient nursing experience
- Palliative care experience
- Excellent communication and prioritisation abilities
- Resilience and leadership experience
