Reporting to the Vice President, Resident Experience & Business Systems Support, this leader oversees centralized scheduling for Long Term Care and Retirement divisions. The work connects operational demands with workforce resources, staffing coverage, and labour cost management. Collaboration spans Operations, Human Resources, Labour Relations, Finance, and site leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic oversight of workforce deployment
- Analyze scheduling trends and workforce data

- Address staffing challenges with operational leaders
- Ensure scheduling practices follow legislation and agreements

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in workforce management or related operations
- Three-plus years leading managers, supervisors, or team leads
- Strong understanding of labour relations and employment legislation
- Strategic thinking and operational execution capability
- Robust reporting, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
