This AI Solutions Developer position leads enterprise-wide discovery and solution delivery at Sandbox. You will design architectures, develop pilots, evaluate platforms, and advise stakeholders on emerging technologies. Your work connects business needs with scalable automation, responsible AI, and measurable operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop generative AI prototypes, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
- Design retrieval-augmented generation and integration frameworks
- Evaluate AI platforms, vendors, and enterprise technologies




- Partner with business and technology teams
- Monitor trends improving customer and organizational performance

Requirements:

- Three to five years in AI or solution design
- Robust generative AI and intelligent automation knowledge
- Experience with prompt engineering and RAG
- Understanding of data management, APIs, and databases
- Ability to connect challenges with scalable solutions
