As Legal Associate Director, you will advise Agoda’s travel business on consumer-facing and cross-border regulatory matters. The role partners with Product, Commercial, and Finance teams to support launches, supplier expansion, and complex legal risk management. Your work covers activities, packages, aviation-related products, and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic regulatory advice for travel products and features
- Support consumer protection matters, complaints, disputes, and inquiries
- Align legal risk decisions across teams and jurisdictions
- Contribute templates, guidance materials,



and internal procedures
- Influence commercial and product development strategies

Requirements:

- Law Degree and 10+ years post-qualification experience
- Strong product and regulatory advisory background
- Practical approach balancing legal risk with business needs
- Cross-border regulatory experience in digital consumer businesses
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
