As an Information Technology Audit Specialist, you will assess whether key technology controls mitigate risk effectively. Your work includes reviewing compliance obligations, evaluating control frameworks, and delivering assurance or advisory engagements. You will communicate complex issues to stakeholders at every level, including senior management and ATB’s Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess controls against regulatory, industry, and contractual obligations
- Examine preventative, detective, and corrective technology control factors
- Develop audit programs and techniques for risk assessments




- Coordinate assurance efforts with internal and external partners
- Present findings, recommendations, and reports to leadership

Requirements:

- Knowledge of audit methodology, leading practices, and approaches
- Ability to apply IT audit principles and control standards
- Understanding of NIST, OSFI, ISO, PCI, OWASP, ITIL, or COBIT
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and active listening skills
- Experience with reporting, visualization, dashboarding, and analytics tools
