This Occupational Therapist position delivers high-quality, person-centered care across clients’ everyday environments. You will conduct assessments, formulate recommendations, and create goal-directed treatment programs. The role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while addressing clients’ physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients in rehabilitation and community care settings
- Develop recommendations based on assessment findings
- Establish goals with clients and care teams

- Support independence through individualized therapeutic care

Requirements:

- Accredited Occupational Therapy program graduation
- Current positive-standing College of Occupational Therapists registration
- Acute, rehabilitation, or community experience preferred
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Positive work and attendance record essential
