As Senior Manager, Business Operations eCommerce, you own fulfillment-space design within store walls and its operational effectiveness. Your expertise will integrate equipment, layouts, adjacencies, processes, and capacity requirements. You will create standardized solutions supporting scalable, effective store fulfillment across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize four-wall eCommerce fulfillment spaces
- Integrate equipment, flows, layouts, adjacencies, and utilization
- Establish scalable layout, design, and capacity standards
- Develop tools, processes, and workflows for OMNI operations




- Ensure designs follow industry, legal, and compliance practices

Requirements:

- Five or more years in store or space design
- Strong understanding of demand, process, equipment, space, and capacity
- Experience across multiple locations and operational environments
- Revit, Mappit, Quickbase, or Captimus experience is an asset
- Industrial Engineering or related degree, or equivalent experience
