This Finance Manager position supports the Global EA Royalty team, which manages worldwide license, partner development, third-party, and distribution contracts. You will contribute to close activities, financial forecasts, and business decisions. Your work will connect accounting processes with Studio Finance, Corporate Finance, FP&A;, Business Development, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses
- Translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Manage prepaid advances and milestone payments




- Manage minimum guarantees and royalty disbursements
- Contribute to forecasting and financial planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
- Six or more years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience explaining accounting concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Team-oriented experience across teams and functions
- Ability to work independently across time zones and cultures
