As a Network Operations Analyst, you will help maintain and protect connectivity supporting data, voice, and video communications. The position covers local, field, and global wide-area services, with responsibilities spanning network changes and equipment lifecycle coordination. Knowledge of firewalls, VPN gateways, and load balancing is relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level support for network infrastructure operations
- Coordinate hardware receiving, validation, staging, and secure delivery
- Maintain asset records, inventories, and chain-of-custody documentation
- Coordinate warranty replacements,



vendor returns, and recycling
- Provide backup support and maintain technical knowledge articles

Requirements:

- Network device support experience with routing and switching knowledge
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN gateways, and load balancing
- Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related degree or diploma
- Industry-recognized Cisco networking certification
- Ability to coordinate locations, stakeholders, documentation, and required overtime
