Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support major projects across Western Canada. The work includes hydrogen, carbon capture, oil and gas, mining, chemicals, and heavy industrial facilities. You will coordinate vendors, engineering teams, construction, and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership as HVAC Package Lead or Discipline Lead
- Develop and review HVAC layouts, arrangements, and system routing
- Interface with vendors on documentation and technical queries
- Conduct site visits, constructability reviews, and commissioning support




- Maintain compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements

Requirements:

- Mechanical Engineering degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
- APEGA P.Eng. registration or eligibility for registration
- Senior industrial HVAC engineering experience
- Experience with oil and gas, mining, chemicals, or energy transition projects
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams
