As Vice President or Senior Vice President, Lending, you will lead residential and commercial mortgage activities within an established non-bank financial institution. Reporting to the President and CEO, you will align lending decisions with policies, risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and business objectives. Your scope includes underwriting, portfolio administration, product development, performance reporting, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and enhance lending policies and underwriting guidelines
- Identify credit and operational risks requiring mitigation

Requirements:

- Ten-plus years senior residential and commercial lending experience
