Protect Chainlink products through security engineering, vulnerability analysis, and software development within a remote-first organization. Eastern Time overlap is required.

This Product Security Engineer role combines hands-on engineering with systematic reviews of security systems. You will identify attack paths, assess technical risks, and build reliable solutions for Chainlink products. The position values production-quality coding, testing, deployment, and transparent evaluation of engineering tradeoffs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review existing systems for vulnerabilities and attack paths
- Design security systems that strengthen product security
- Assess risks and tradeoffs informing technical decisions
- Implement and test security-focused software




- Incorporate review findings through deployment

Requirements:

- Production software development, debugging, and maintenance experience
- Effective hands-on programming in Rust or Go
- Understanding security considerations in technical design
- Experience identifying vulnerabilities during system reviews
- Experience evaluating potential security risks

Use software engineering and security analysis skills to support Chainlink’s products, reviews, and technical security decisions.
