As Director of Operations, you report to the Vice President and coordinate manufacturing, painting, assembly, packaging, and technical production support. The position requires strategic, hands-on leadership across departments and shifts. You will manage operational resources, budgets, and corrective actions while developing managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee production planning and scheduling across departments and shifts
- Optimize resources and capacity to support delivery commitments
- Manage operating budgets, labour, overtime, and capacity requirements




- Identify equipment needs and oversee operations capital projects
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and purchasing

Requirements:

- Ten years of manufacturing operations experience required
- At least four years managing other managers
- ERP or MRP production planning and scheduling experience
- Mixed-model or make-to-order manufacturing experience preferred
- Qualified proficiency in spoken and written French and English
