As Casino Product and Commercial Lead, you will identify valuable audiences and turn commercial opportunities into measurable results. The role combines partnership development with brand positioning, channel evaluation, promotional economics, and customer lifetime value. You will approach brands, media companies, sports and entertainment organisations, communities, and other potential partners. Alongside the COO and established teams, you will develop propositions, negotiate agreements, launch partnerships, and support casino product improvements without managing a large team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define casino positioning and prioritise valuable player audiences
- Evaluate acquisition channels and improve conversion performance




- Develop propositions and negotiate commercial partnership agreements

Requirements:

- Resourcefulness executing independently within a lean team
