Reporting to the Vice President, Claims, the Assistant Vice President leads capabilities, processes, and innovations for future-ready claims management. This senior leader partners with Claims, Technology, Finance, Human Resources, and other functions. The work combines strategic transformation, operational excellence, and workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and execute improvement and transformation opportunities
- Modernize operations and simplify claims processes
- Develop data insights supporting decisions and emerging trend identification




- Lead cross-functional initiatives delivering strategic outcomes
- Maintain risk management, compliance, and operational controls

Requirements:

- 10+ years progressive leadership in transformation, claims, or operations
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience managing budgets, workforce investments, and business cases
- Ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels
- French and English fluency required for Quebec positions
