Lead risk technology engineering for CPP Investments, solving complex challenges through software design, cloud technologies, and technical leadership. This role is onsite.

As Lead Software Engineer, Risk & TFM Technology, you will support the SimCorp team within Technology & Data. You will guide end-to-end solutions that enable complex business capabilities. Your work includes technical decisions, issue resolution, and collaboration with business and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex technical challenges and develop recommendations
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship
- Build and support solutions for complex business capabilities
- Foster experimentation, early feedback, and engineering agility




- Promote Agile software development practices across partnerships

Requirements:

- Six-plus years of relevant software engineering experience
- Related undergraduate degree or college diploma
- Strong software engineering and cloud technology knowledge
- Experience deploying and supporting cloud applications, particularly AWS
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Use rigorous problem-solving, cloud knowledge, and technical mentorship to support risk and total fund management technology.
