The Principal Designer leads Otherlife’s highest-profile projects as a senior individual contributor. You will develop original concepts and execute work across AI video, motion, brand, product, and campaign design. The role partners with Nick Ace, clients, stakeholders, strategists, project managers, and developers while mentoring designers through feedback and design reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop original creative for key launches and campaigns
- Create AI-driven and traditional broadcast-quality advertisements
- Work across motion, AI video, brand, and product
- Collaborate with strategists,



developers, and project managers
- Stay current on design tools, trends, and AI workflows

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of professional design experience
- Experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects hands-on
- Solid command of motion and visual storytelling
- Experience with design systems and scalable visual frameworks
- Familiarity with WebGL, GSAP, or Three.js
