Key Responsibilities:

- Define the Loads group Knowledge Domain strategy
- Plan and expand the Loads section in BES
- Document activities in Bombardier engineering manuals
- Lead strategic technology initiatives related to loads
- Recommend cost-effective engineering solutions and savings

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in aeronautics or mechanical engineering
- Recognized expertise in the aerospace loads domain
- Over 20 years of relevant loads industry experience
- Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work within budget and schedule constraints
